Working effectively together as a team in complex environments is not easy. When teams meet to share their ideas, solve problems, make decisions and strategic or operational plans it is essential that the team gets the maximum value from the contributions of everyone, in the shortest time possible.

It is always tempting to try to find short cuts and get to a quick decision, but doing so runs the risk of missing an essential piece of information or opinion that could transform the decision or plan.

What is needed are ways of working that enable the rapid inclusion of all the team views and then allow the team to work together to move forward from a solid footing, sharing information in a non-confrontational style that encourage constructive collaboration and creativity.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to ways of working as a team that meet these needs.

We show you how teams can rapidly and effectively share their knowledge, and improve the quantity and quality of dialogue within and around the team.
