Innovation is the vital spark that generates value for any organisation. It produces products, processes, services and technologies that have life cycles that must be managed carefully and with agility if the true potential of the innovation is to be realised.

As the life cycle matures, the behaviour of the leadership and the organisation under its guidance must change - often rapidly and dramatically. The behaviour that leads to success in one phase of the cycle will destroy value and position in another.

This workshop explores the underpinning dynamics of innovation and how market leaders use this knowledge to their advantage, not just in emerging markets but in those that are more mature too. Communication styles and messaging within the organisation and between the organisation and its markets are explored and many examples are given.

This workshop is for anyone involved with leadership, management, decision making or communication around almost any form of innovation. Particular focus is given to discontinuous and disruptive innovation and how emergent organisations can tackle incumbent larger organisations in established markets.

As with all Management Crowd workshops, participants will be offered easy to use and learn tools and techniques which provide immediate benefit.
