This uncertainty makes planning for the future and operating in the present ever more difficult. And the complexity that drives these effects is increasing. Amid this complexity, we need to be able to think, relate, learn, grow, communicate, organise and, above all, change.
We need tools to help us and we need them now. The tools of the past are just that, of the past. The rate of change is already in excess of any other time in history and only the fittest will survive and thrive.
